Mohave County is requesting statements of qualifications for services that may include the design, construction, finance, and property management of two new office buildings, of approximately 100,000 and 30,000 square feet, plus parking. The purpose of the RFQ is to understand the respondent's qualifications and experience, not to determine an exact approach to the project, fee proposal, or schedule.

Respondents should describe a Development Services Project Group (the "Group"), that will provide comprehensive services for the design, construction, financing, and possible property management of the new office buildings. The composition of this Group will not be changed without presentation of sufficient cause, and subsequent written approval by the County.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MST in the Board of Supervisor's meeting room, 809 East Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona.

Sealed statements will be received by the Mohave County Procurement Division, Mohave County Arizona, 532 E. Beale, P.O. Box 7000, Kingman, Arizona 86402-7000 until the opening time and date stated above. The statements will be opened in the County Procurement Office, 532 E. Beale, Kingman, Arizona. The names of the respondents will be announced and recorded at that time. Statements must be marked on the outside of the envelope:
